| Questions: Can't access my control panel and users accounts !!! any help will be Guys, , this is a serious problem on my comp!!! Whenever i try to access the user accounts or the control panel, , it comes up with the error "This operation has been cancelled due to the restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator " .. i think it's due to a virus but i just just installed norton 10 which (i think so) removed all the viruses n trojan's whatever !!! i wud like to get rid of this error !!....... any help will be appretiated. thnx in advance !!! |
