Instead of ranting about how hideous it looks and affects buyer ...hardware is expensive, and if its looking less than pristine or could use some help showing off your lovely Charlotte NC ...hardware and its kind of a mission to eradicate it from my home. My homes storm door had the offensive gold ...hardware and if its looking a little worn you dont have to go out and replace it, just change or freshen ...hardware without breaking the bank. | The tip is good; that instead of replacing your whole new door hardware just spray it with metallic spray of the same color as you door hardware and give it a neat finish. I used the tip I have an black colored door hardware in my kitchen room; I sprayed with with greenish metallic paint; and it looks with a Matt finish.Nice work, keep it up!! |

| If your home's for sale, you've got to make sure that everything looks okay and functional to entice people to buy it. No complaints, no sad stories as to why you have to sell your home because that would give the prospective buyer an impression that there are negative vibes in the house that could make him lose his interest in it. Just highlight the greatest features of your home and you'll have a buyer in no time. |
| It is truly practical to use such way of improving door hardware. This tip seems like changing my mind to buy door hardware at home. I will prefer using this spray so I won't be wasting too much money for new door hardware. I think Rustoleum spray paint will also be effective in my door so it would look something new. | Nice tip! Yes, I think that this is the best thing to do with my old condo unit. I want it to look new and beautiful. However, I am in a tight budget right now that is why I would prefer to use the tips that you have posted here. I think I could save a lot of money by just repainting the doors.
